We are part of the US Military Maintenance Network of commercial janitorial companies, a nationwide initiative to employ US veterans in the maintenance industry. We are looking for People and Companies that want to participate in this program so that we can hire and train local work ready US Veterans to maintain your property the way it deserves. At the same time when you hire our company, 5% of each account will be donated back to Veteran Organizations such as Hire Patriots, Veteran’s Food Pantry, and other local Veteran Organizations all while also working to end Veteran unemployment. Our Services:

  • Commercial - Small single offices to entire business parks, small private schools to large universities, warehouses, retail centers, restaurants/bars, etc.
  • Real Estate - Rentals, Rehabs (Fix-and-Flips), Open Houses, and Foreclosures; we will get it all clean and ready to sell.
  • Residential - daily, weekly and monthly cleanings available.
  • Industrial - We can handle your interior and exterior cleaning; post-construction cleanup, factory cleanup, warehouse maintenance, etc.
  • Special/Preventive Maintenance - Let's help you set up a program that’s best for you: segment, regular, routine, and/or periodic cleaning. We cover stripping, waxing, buffing/burnishing, spot cleaning, deep cleaning, window wash, power wash, floor resurfacing, general cleaning, emergency cleaning, etc.
  • OTHER SERVICES: replace bulbs and ballasts, replace electrical outlets, replace faulty breakers & fuses, unclog sink drains, replace or repair faucets, repair drywall damage, repair / replace motors & pumps and much more....

Will Thompson is the owner/operator of Ohio Military Maintenance. Ohio Military Maintenance is a Combat Wounded Veteran Owned Small Business. He served 16 years in the Army and Ohio Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer before being medically retired in 2011. His retirement was due to injuries sustained while serving in Iraq for close to three years. After being released from Walter-Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. Will returned to Ohio to continue with additional surgeries and therapy. At this time Will also started volunteering with the Military Order of the Purple Heart, VFW, and DAV to help his fellow veterans. Since then he has worked to help veteran’s find resources, file for benefits, find employment, and overcome other significant barriers. Will works daily with veteran helping with their resumes, career coaching, 30-second elevator pitches, interviewing skills and more. The goal with Ohio Military Maintenance is to provide superior property management services while employing veterans and serving the community as a whole!

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
